Opportunity Description

Schedule: Monday - Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

  • Windows 10/11 desktop support
  • End user device troubleshooting - mobile devices, laptop/desktop hardware, peripherals, etc.
  • Experience working in a Security conscious environment, using security tools such as SentinelOne, Proofpoint, CrowdStrike, etc.
  • Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online exposure
  • File Share, One Drive, SharePoint, Entra/AD user administration, etc.
  • Experience supporting the Office 365 suite
  • Remote working tools such as RDS, AVD, Citrix, VPNs, etc.
  • Printers - Configuration and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of networking technology such as routers, switches, firewalls, DHCP, DNS, internet connectivity, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to adhere to SLA's, prioritise work and follow documented processes
