Schedule: Monday - Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Windows 10/11 desktop support
- End user device troubleshooting - mobile devices, laptop/desktop hardware, peripherals, etc.
- Experience working in a Security conscious environment, using security tools such as SentinelOne, Proofpoint, CrowdStrike, etc.
- Microsoft Exchange / Exchange Online exposure
- File Share, One Drive, SharePoint, Entra/AD user administration, etc.
- Experience supporting the Office 365 suite
- Remote working tools such as RDS, AVD, Citrix, VPNs, etc.
- Printers - Configuration and troubleshooting
- Understanding of networking technology such as routers, switches, firewalls, DHCP, DNS, internet connectivity, etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adhere to SLA's, prioritise work and follow documented processes
