Service Engineer

The Role

Machine repair and fault finding covering both electrical and mechanical
Assessing machinery to ensure PUWER regulations are met
Machine refurbishment
3 phase motor upgrades
Troubleshooting modifications and repair of machine control systems
To provide electrical engineer support to help rebuild and install special purpose machinery at customer sites
Installation of DC injection braking systems and electromechanical brakes
To provide onsite technical support
Call out and service repair to customer requirements


The Candidate
Electrical engineering qualifications
Experience in assembling and rebuilding production machinery
It is highly beneficial if worked to PUWER regulations
Ability to read engineering drawings and wiring diagrams
Full driving license and happy to visit customer sites
