Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Provide field service, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of equipment
- Diagnose technical problems, perform troubleshooting and corrective actions
- Train clients or users on equipment operation and preventive maintenance
- Maintain service records, spare parts inventory, and service documentation
- Coordinate with R&D, engineering for product improvements and feedback
- Travel to client sites (within Metro Manila or other locations as needed)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) or related field
- 2–5 years of service/field engineering experience
- Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation systems
- Good customer-facing skills, problem-solving, and communication
- Willingness to travel and flexible schedule
