Service Engineer (Scientific / Analytical Instruments / MNC)

Perform on-site installation, commissioning, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of analytical instruments. Conduct hands‑on training sessions for end users such as scientists, engineers, and distributors. Engage with customers to understand service issues and deliver effective technical solutions for scientific and analytical instruments, including Particle Size Analyzers, XRF, Spectroscopy, and ICP systems. Work closely with internal sales teams and regional technical support to ensure high standards of service delivery. Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted technical advisor. Identify and pursue opportunities for preventive maintenance and service contracts. Prepare service and spare parts quotations in response to customer enquiries.
