Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Provide after‑sales support, including installation, commissioning, and repair of laboratory, research, and analytical equipment
- Offer technical consultation and guidance to customers
- Address customer requests by troubleshooting issues and implementing corrective actions within the required timeframe
- Prepare and submit detailed service reports
- ITE/Higher NITEC/Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems and robotic liquid handling equipment is a plus
- Previous experience in service or maintenance roles is preferred
- A valid Class 3 driving license and personal vehicle are advantageous
