Service Engineer / Technician (HVAC)

Responsible for servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of chillers and HVAC systems, while ensuring work is completed safely and in accordance with quality standards.

• Perform servicing and maintenance of chillers and other HVAC equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Assist with overhaul, start-up, and commissioning of chiller systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with customers to resolve service concerns or complaints.
• Work with vendors and contractors to support service activities.
• Assist in scheduling, job planning, and preparation of service reports.
• Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
