Opportunity Description
- Designing and developing new instrumentation control systems, testing, maintaining and modifying existing systems.
- Provide technical support and assistance to Sales Engineer during site surveys, product presentations, and generation of product and services proposal.
- Provide immediate technical support and assistance to customers when they are encounter some issues to the supplied products and services.
- Conducts technical training and product demo to customers on how to operate, maintain, and calibrate the products that EMCC is offering.
- Generates service reports, technical reports, and calibration reports after conduction site surveys, and attending service request from the client.
- Generating bill of materials (BOM), that are needed for an identified project scope or customer requirement.
