Service Lane Assistant

Progressive Auto Group, one of the area’s most successful automotive dealerships, is currently seeking a FULL TIME Lane Assistant to join our growing service team. You will be responsible for creating an outstanding customer service experience for anyone you encounter. That means you should always be friendly and smiling. You can expect this position to require you to:

+ Promptly greet customers as they arrive with a smile

+ Perform complimentary alignment checks, fluid top-offs, battery check

+ Move vehicles throughout the dealership

+ Transport customers in the courtesy shuttle

+ Pick up customer vehicles
