Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Service Engineers and Technicians, ensuring strong teamwork, capability development, and effective resource allocation.
- Ensure service quality, operational safety, and adherence to SLAs and process standards.
- Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships, managing escalations, complaints, and warranty issues.
- Oversee KPIs, turnover, profitability, and financial performance of Full Service Contracts.
- Resolve disputed accounts receivable tied to operational matters.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, share best practices, and strengthen service delivery.
- Implement, monitor, and continuously improve KPIs to enhance performance and operational excellence.
