Service Manager

• Provide technical support to customers for the use of Industrial UPS, DC Systems and Industrial Battery.
• Coordinate with end-users for on‑site installation, commission, repair and maintenance.
• Work closely with customers and engineers to ensure on‑site work are carried out in safe manner, adhering to safety measures.
• Provide training to customers for start up and operational of UPS and DC Systems.
• Follow up on maintenance contract and ensure work is carried out timely and on schedule.

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
• 5 Years of relevant experience in UPS/DC power industry.
• Proficient in PC skills and programming is an advantage.
• A team player with strong sense of responsibility.
