Job Summary: The Service Operations Manager provides leadership for location service operations and the management of location service supervisors and oversees location service operations within annual budget projections, maintains superior customer and employee relations that result in or support above-average CSP, EOS, NPI, NLS, PINS, FMRG and DCAL.
