Service Order Management Administrator
What will you do?
- Accurately enter contractual or individual job requirements into our systems ensuring the correct end‑to‑end process is followed via SAP and BFS (Salesforce).
- Process invoices in a timely, accurate manner, adding detailed customer references/notes – meeting month end deadlines.
- Process purchase orders onto SAP and BFS.
Who would be successful?
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in Order Management (advantage).
- Show familiarity with SAP and Salesforce (advantage).
- Demonstrate strong computer skills in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Teams) and maintain clear, concise communication.
