SALES ENGINEER / SALES EXECUTIVE – E/E Sales Department

• Responsibilities
  • Develop contact with and respond to inquiries from architects, engineers, contractors and owners regarding product requirements.
  • Prepare quotations in line with tender documents or owner requirements, coordinating with the Engineering Department.
  • Submit quotations, follow up and seek assistance from supervisors or other company officers as needed.
  • Secure layout drawings from the owner for the Engineering Department to use in estimates and installation drawings.
  • Review and prepare contract documents, purchase orders and proforma invoices for assigned projects.
  • Advises owners or representatives on shipping schedules of purchased equipment.
  • Ensure timely delivery of equipment to project sites and attend initial coordination meetings.
