Position Summary

This position is responsible for coordinating performing services and preventative maintenance duties as well as troubleshooting, repair, and general maintenance for the electrolyzers at various customer sites across Europe with a potential for international travel. As such, this is a heavy travel position (up to 100%). This role requires excellent mechanical aptitude and a high degree of familiarity with industrial hydrogen systems and performance. This position also requires the ability to be on-call and to respond to urgent needs so that customer sites maintain hydrogen production around the clock. The ideal candidate should have the ability to communicate effectively among cross-functional departments with an emphasis on helping to improve electrolyzers system designs and resolve defects based upon field experience and data.
