Key Results And Activities I. Leading the Site projects with all technical related Site Planning & execution. Prior to site deputation, work along with Tech Leads as Team Leader on pre-planning inc tool kit, full kit, Part list prep and barchart finalization. Be part of Site Briefing / De briefing of respective Jobs (focus - Standardisation / Continual Improvement) Arrange the day`s tools, consumables & parts required pro-actively to ensure completion of planned work preferably expedite the work to keep free time for unplanned challenges due to unforeseen circumstances Anticipate the Gray Areas in Advance and Plan them with concrete solutions before Daily basis - Customer updates, kick off meeting, relation with ground authorities, updates on work progress, highlight gaps / mishaps from customer side.
