- Required 2 Years Strong knowledge of PC based computer hardware.

- Required 2 Years Proficiency with MS Windows 10, Windows 11, and MS Office O365.

- Required 1 Years Commitment to providing the highest level of customer service and responsiveness.

- Required Demonstrated experience working in a high volume, deadline-oriented customer focused environment.

- Required Experience working with "Team Based Practices" e.g., Agile, Kanban Etc.

- Required Knowledge of IT industry standards.

- Required Experience utilizing tools and research abilities to resolve technical issues.
