Understand and Perform Client / Server level scripting. Able to demonstrate use cases of successful automation. Understand end to end knowhow of Service Now eBonding. Able to demonstrate use of Service Now Visualization and dashboard creation. Understand end to end Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management life cycles.
