We currently have an immediate requirement for engineers with expertise in developing ServiceNow Agentic AI Skills and Claude Skills. The ideal candidates should have:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Agent Studio
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and prompt libraries
- Experience working with LLMs and related frameworks
- Ability to build supporting services that function as tools
- Exposure to Claude Skills or other major LLM ecosystems
