ROLE_DESCRIPTION -

Experience 12+ years in ServiceNow

2. Having ITSM development knowledge especially in scripting.

3. Should have experience in Integrations using Web spoke, Rest, Integration Hub.

4. Must have experience in integrations like Github, Google ccai, Tanium and many along with customizations.

5. Hands on experience in Virtual Agent in creating New Topics (not OOO)

6. Adequate knowledge in HRSD module and development of onboarding/offboarding and many

7. Must be able to handle stake holders under pressure.

8. Must have knowledge in creating knowledge Articles

9. Exposure to ITOM module
