Opportunity Description
As the ServiceNow Administrator , you will play a key role in maturing and expanding our relatively new ServiceNow environment. Working across ITSM, CSM, and SOM, you will ensure the platform is stable, scalable, and aligned to best practice governance. You’ll provide deep technical expertise, guide process improvements, and help embed structure and consistency across our ServiceNow ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, and automation across ITSM, CSM, and SOM modules.
- Execute platform enhancements, upgrades, and feature enablement in line with roadmap priorities and governance standards.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical support across the ServiceNow platform.
