Responsibilities
- Perform hands‑on development and configuration within the ServiceNow platform, with a strong emphasis on CSM
- Deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow implementations, including enhancements and new functionality
- Design and implement integrations (API, REST, SSO) and produce meaningful reports and dashboards
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and present analysis and recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with global teams and external consultants to deliver platform improvements
- Train end‑users and provide guidance on effective ServiceNow usage
- Contribute to continuous improvement, standardisation, and automation initiatives
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5+ years ofhands‑onServiceNow development experience
