Job Title - Demand Business Manager – ServiceNow (UAE On-site) Job Type - UAE (Dubai/Abu Dhabi) Experience - 6 Years Job Summary We are seeking a ServiceNow Demand Manager to lead the intake, prioritisation, and alignment of demand across a large-scale ServiceNow platform operating within a structured Center of Excellence (CoE) environment. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end demand pipeline, ensuring that business requests are clearly defined, prioritised, and aligned with platform capabilities and delivery capacity. The successful candidate will bring strong ServiceNow platform understanding, enabling them to validate requirements, guide demand shaping, and ensure effective flow of work into delivery.
