Responsibilities
Application Development: Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and solutions to meet business requirements, including creating workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure ServiceNow instances, including setting up roles, access controls, data sources, and system properties to align with organizational needs.
Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, such as databases, web services, and third-party applications, to enable data exchange and process automation.
