Strong hands‑on development experience across multiple ServiceNow modules (IRM, GRC, ITSM, ITBM/SPM, CSM, HRSD, Catalog). Proven expertise in ServiceNow scripting and Service Portal development. Experience designing and implementing REST‑based integrations. In‑depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform administration and governance. Strong understanding of enterprise‑grade application development principles. Ability to work independently while collaborating with architects, analysts, and stakeholders.
