As a ServiceNow QA/Test Lead at SSC HR Solutions, you will drive the testing strategy and execution for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring solutions meet business requirements. With a strong focus on automation and collaboration, you will manage defect lifecycles and report on quality assurance metrics.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of software testing experience, including at least 2 years dedicated to ServiceNow testing, along with expertise in Agile methodologies and various ServiceNow modules.
