Opportunity Description
The ServiceNow Solution Designer / Developer is responsible for reviewing new requests and enhancements, translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, and implementing technical improvements with a strong focus on ITSM, SecOps, HRSD, CMDB and Asset Management . The role combines business analysis, consulting, solution design, and hands-on development, following ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze new requests and enhancement demands from the business
- Perform requirements engineering in close collaboration with business stakeholders
- Understand, challenge, and optimize existing business processes
- Act as a consultant and trusted advisor to customers
