ServiceNow Technical Architect

Essential Job Functions

Design, develop, and implement technical solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company standards. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable architectures. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, and contribute to the development of technical standards, procedures, and guidelines. Develop and maintain technical documentation, and ensure that all solutions are properly tested, validated, and deployed.

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 8 years of relevant work experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar technical architecture role
