Settlement Analyst

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join an established commodities trading company as a Settlement Analyst. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely settlement of physical and financial commodity trades.
Responsibilities:
Manage the creation, distribution, reconciliation, and settlement of invoices for physical and financial trading activities. Ensure pricing, due date calculations, and invoicing processes are aligned with contractual terms and requirements. Handle the timely and accurate settlement of trades, including reconciliation activities and issue resolution. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies. Prepare, review, and verify invoices and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with trade contracts and Letter of Credit (LC) requirements.
