Job Vacancy: Shadow Aide / Learning Support Assistant (1-to-1)
We are looking for a dedicated and patient Shadow Aide / Learning Support Assistant to support our 6-year-old boy with mild autism in a mainstream international school environment.
School: Concord International School, Sunsuria
Working Hours: School hours (weekdays)
Start Date: As soon as possible / negotiable
Job Responsibilities
- Provide 1-to-1 classroom support during lessons and school activities
- Assist the child in following instructions, staying focused, and completing tasks
- Support social interaction and communication with teachers and peers
- Help manage emotions, behaviour, and transitions between activities
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and therapists to follow learning or behaviour plans
- Encourage independence while providing appropriate guidance
