SHE Manager
Location- Coleshill, Birmingham (flexible start and finish but site based) - single site
Salary - Up to £50,000 + up to 16% pension, bonus potential and 27 days holiday + bank holidays on top.
HSE Recruitment are working with a manufacturing company who are looking for a SHE Manager to be based out of their factory in Coleshill.
You will report into the Plant Manager but with a dotted line into a Head of HSE and work alongside a wider company EHS team. You will provide direction, support and ownership for all Safety, Health and Wellbeing activities on site. This is one of the older sites and the biggest challenge is maintenance of equipment to maintain production, which alongside, a long standing workforce there is a need to influence colleagues and managers to work safely and create a safety culture.
