Shift Coach - (Blue Shift)

Location: Based at our Warrington Warehouse on Omega South WA5 3TZ (this is a site based role)

Hours: Weekend Nights, 6pm - 6am 

Pay: £16.31

We have an exciting opportunity for a Shift Coach to join our People Operations Team at our Warrington site. Reporting into the Shift Coach Team Leader, you will be part of a team dedicated to providing hands on training. 

As a shift coach you will also be responsible for leading inductions to new employees and visitors. Ensure our standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are followed to the highest standard as well as providing coaching sessions. You will work with a wide variety of stakeholders & teams across the site including Production Managers, Supervisors, Shift Coach Team Lead and Operational Learning Lead.
