Shift Equipment Engineer

Micron's Singapore is looking for a high‑energy and ambitious individual to join us as an Equipment Engineer. You will support overall Operations, develop frameworks for monitoring and improvement initiatives, plan valuable engineering solutions, drive continuous improvement projects in equipment utilization, support new tool setup and qualification, and coach and train other team members to improve engineering capability and professional development.

• Proactively improve equipment availability using equipment FMEA, potential problem analysis, design improvement or other continuous improvement projects.
• Strategize spare inventory management to achieve a cost‑efficient solution to sustain availability and minimize downtime.
