Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of shift technicians, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Ensure all data centre operations run smoothly and efficiently during the shift; monitor critical services and building systems to identify and address potential issues promptly.
• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare detailed shift handover reports, document incidents and actions taken during the shift, and conduct handover meetings.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements; conduct regular safety drills and training sessions.
• Document and report any safety incidents or near‑misses promptly.
