Job Details:

Pay: Up to £80,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days and nights)

Duration: Permanent

Job Role: The Shift Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations during assigned shifts. This position involves managing teams of operators and technicians across several manufacturing areas.
