Responsible for receiving customer schedules (Export & Domestic) via EDI, Web Edi, E-mail etcOn time Deliveries - Customer dispatch planning by close liasoning with concerned departments, mainly Procurement, PPC, Manufacturing & DispatchProviding dispatch intimation to all customers on daily basis and ensuring ASN is sent electronically wherever applicableTracking all deliveries / dispatch consignments and ensure timely in-wardingMaintaining daily record of transit consignments, ensuring e-way bill norms are met and escalate wherever noncompliance is expectedMaintain transit stocks & special freights within desired levelsPrompt reaction to customer changes, fluctuations and queriesClose communication with all customers, providing regular updates wherever necessaryCreates, maintains cordial relations with all custo...
