Ship agency Operations Executive/Boarding Officer

• Deliver CTM, documents, and spares
• Coordinate with ship suppliers and crew
• Coordinate repairs
• Arrange delivery of spares
• Arrange supply of fresh water
• Book hotel accommodation for crew and superintendents
• Arrange land and sea transportation
• Apply for PSA and Jurong pass for technicians and crew
• Reply promptly to emails and calls from ship master/crew and owner
• Arrange in/out pilotage and MPA port clearance for vessel
• Arrange crew clearance on vessel arrival and departure ICA clearance

Required to work at odd hours and under pressure/time deadline. As owners protective agent, he will need to minimise ship expenses and protect owners interest.
