Shipping Assistant (Loyang/MFG Ind.)

Manages shipping documentation, system transactions, permits, daily delivery schedules and coordinate with delivery and forwarder for all shipments including export activities.

Coordinate with internal customers to ensure on time delivery to customers.

Liaise with forwarders for collection and ensure documents are in proper order.

Handles discrepancies, trade net issues, physical count adjustments, and urgent shipments.

Ensure proper filing and billing updates.

• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Business Administration and Logistic
• Good communication and co-ordination skill
• Resourceful, adaptable, well-organized and meticulous
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office application
