Our client , a global organisation with expanding operations and a solid presence in Geneva, is seeking a:

Shipping Finance Legal Counsel to join its in‑house legal department. This newly created position offers the opportunity to work at the heart of an international business involved in complex commercial activities and large‑scale projects.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will act as a key legal partner to the business, supporting a broad variety of financing and commercial matters relating to the company's maritime activities.

• Advising on shipping finance transactions, including vessel acquisitions, sales, leasing structures and refinancing arrangements
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, such as charterparties, financing documents, project contracts and service agreements
