Job Responsibilities
- Reporting to Team Leader, Shipping & Logistic, you will be assigned to execute, provide support and coordinate activities in the followings
- Handling inbound/ outbound shipment.
- Ensuring inbound/outbound delivery to our end and internal customers are on time and in full (OTIF) and ensure it is performed in satisfactory condition as per work scope/requirement, without compromising on Quality, HSE and Integrity.
- Handling of document fulfilling contractual/ order obligation.
- Achieving 100% customer satisfaction on document & shipment delivery.
- Source, negotiate and manage Freight forwarders and its services for all our deliveries.
- Prepare and issue logistics/purchase requisition.
- Monitor Freight Forwarder’s performances (including Plant’s logistic performance) and perform cost reduction initiatives in all logistics activities.
