Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Manage daily post-fixture operations and ensure voyage/vessel perform in accordance with Charter Party (C/P) terms.
- Manage post-fixture voyage administrative tasks, including nominating/appointing agents, monitoring vessel movements, and preparing/paying freight.
- Issue Voyage Orders per documentation instructions; prepare Letters of Indemnity / Delivery Orders to counterparts to ensure timely load/discharge operations.
- Communicate with internal/external stakeholders to support, manage, and monitor voyage/vessel movements and efficient turnaround, ensuring cargo load/delivery windows are met.
- Check Bills of Lading and loading/discharging documents for timely issuance and verify any discrepancies.
- Support the Chartering department in pre-fixture negotiations by providing guidance on port-specific restrictions (especially for chemical trade).
