Shipping Supervisor

Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced and dependable Shipping Supervisor to lead the 1 st shift operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely shipping, maintaining safety and quality standards, and supporting team productivity.



Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead 1 st shift shipping team members


• Oversee daily shipping operations, including scanning and documentation


• Ensure all shipping deadlines and quality standards are consistently met


• Monitor inventory control and material flow processes


• Utilize Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for reporting and scheduling


• Coordinate effectively with first and third shift supervisors during transitions


• Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to team members
