Hello We are hiring for below roles Role: Should Costing Engineer Location: Kharadi, Pune Experience Range: 5 years Work Mode: All 5 days onsite Role & responsibilities Develop detailed should-cost models for sheet metal fabricated and machined components Analyze engineering drawings and define manufacturing processes Perform process planning including routing, machine selection, and operation sequencing Estimate cycle times, setup times, and overall manufacturing costs Evaluate cost drivers and identify cost reduction opportunities Technical Skills & Requirements: Strong knowledge of Sheet Metal, Fabrication, and Machining processes Good understanding of: Materials, alloys, and their costing Machine rates , Process cycle time estimation, Surface treatment and heat treatment processes & rates NDT inspection methods and their costing Hands-on experience in process planning Experience in part cost estimation and cost modeling Exposure to cost negotiation with customers/suppliers Knowledg...
