Showroom Supervisor Vacant Position :1 Salary :6k Duties and Responsibilities
- Excellent understanding of sales, customer service, and operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, brand guidelines, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards.
- Drive daily store operations, implement sales strategies, manage daily cash, and ensure efficient workflows to hit KPIs.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints, ensure excellent service, and maintain brand-specific customer interaction standards.
- Administer stock levels, product displays and maximize sales and prevent sales loss.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and provide feedback to management on trends and areas for improvement.
- Motivate and train staff to meet sales goals and adopt a positive environment.
- Address customer’ needs and concerns efficiently and effectively to turn unhappy customers into return guests.
