We are currently seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our Global Legal function on a full‑time, permanent basis from August 2026, leading SHL’s APAC region. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role offers the opportunity to work across a dynamic legal landscape including Commercial Contracts, IT/IP, AI and Data Protection.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a close‑knit legal team, advising on challenging, strategically important deals with a wide range of clients including start‑ups, blue‑chips, financial institutions and internationally based household names, within a supportive and collegiate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the lead legal resource for SHL products and services across APAC, providing high‑quality, commercial, solutions‑focused, pragmatic advice to SHL commercial teams (engaging local or external counsel as required).
