Duties and Responsibilities:
Input into your direct report’s annual goals and check in on the development of these regularly.Manage, supervise, train and mentor the site team to enable them to perform their duties effectively.Communicate effectively with other engineers, supervisors, enabling functions, designers and client representatives.Coordinate supply chain partners to contribute to design solutions at the appropriate time to deliver a right first time design solution that can be constructed with “no in-flight change”.Ensure construction issues are raised promptly through the delivery team, with an appropriate level of escalation to ...
