Site Supervisor – Civil | Hope Downs 1 Sustaining| 2:1 roster

Scope of Work

We are seeking a Site Supervisor with a strong background in bulk earthworks and sealed roads to support sustaining capital works at Hope Downs 1.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site-based civil works, managing contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and project delivery requirements within an EPCM-style environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision of bulk earthworks and sealed road construction activities
• Strong contractor management across multiple work fronts
• Interface with engineering, project, and HSE teams in an EPCM delivery environment
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards, permits, and procedures
• Daily coordination of work planning, execution, and reporting
• Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
