Site Coordinator

As a Site Coordinator, you will be directing the installation, modification, and/or repair of related work on our project sites in a supervisory capacity.
Responsibilities

+ This individual is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising work and subcontractors on field project sites
+ Works with considerable independence but reports to project field leadership
+ Understands the importance of completing the work in accordance with contract documents and building codes
+ Plans work from oral and written instructions; assigns and supervises the work of personnel engaged in the installation and repairs
+ Supervises, inspects and keeps records of the completion of the punch list
+ Recruits and trains skilled trades helper personnel
+ Establishes safety and work performance standards
+ Manages material and delivery handling plans with team and subcontractors
+ Orders and updates jobsite supplies as needed
