Site Engineer x 5 - roads, subdivisions, water - Sydney

We are partnering with a well-established civil contractor delivering a strong pipeline of roadworks, subdivisions, and water infrastructure projects across Sydney. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a driven Site Engineer ready to take ownership of key work packages and build toward Project Engineer level.

The Role You’ll be site-based, working closely with Project Engineers and Supervisors to ensure smooth delivery of civil works.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site engineering activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials
• Manage QA, ITPs, and compliance documentation
• Track progress, productivity, and costs
• Manage RFIs, variations, and site reporting
• Assist with planning and short-term programming
