Turnkey Renovations is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.

If you have solid site experience and are ready to learn to take on more project coordination and client-facing responsibility, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure works are executed as per drawings
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams and clients to ensure timely project execution in line with agreements and schedules.
• Monitor timelines and ensure project deadlines are met
• Review technical drawings and identify discrepancies or potential issues, and communicate it with the team
