Your Role
- Lead the local technical Corporate Real Estate Services team
- Performs regularly office inspection and determines which issues need to be addressed and plan for addressing the concern
- Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture of the employees
- Office Facilities Management
- Coordinates environmental/ pest control schedules and requirements
- Coordinate electrical requirements and concerns
- Coordinates repair requests, maintenance & replacement of office equipment's, appliances, furniture, furnishings, pantry and other office/ housekeeping requirements
- Coordinate with building admin for office requirements and requests
- Secures gate pass approval
- Acting as Info-Hub for providing administration related information
